Looks like I can’t get any video goin up here in Yellowknife, I don’t know what’s up wit dat but here’s the rules for the First Annual Pants-On Dance-Off! (FAPODO)

LENGTH: As long as it’s an organized, choreographed routine, go forever. No silly laugh-dancing though. This is a serious international competition. Seriously.
